VP Academy Youth United Program: The Perfect Introduction to Soccer

The VP Academy Youth United Program is designed for boys and girls ages 4–8 who want to improve their soccer skills in a fun, age-appropriate learning environment. Whether taken as a standalone experience or as a supplement to other sports or soccer programs, this program offers a fantastic foundation for young athletes.

Our professional coaches bring extensive experience in developing youth soccer players and create a positive and supportive atmosphere. Using the VP Academy Development Curriculum—based on methodologies from renowned clubs like Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich—we provide a world-class introduction to soccer.

Youth United is perfect for young players taking their first steps in soccer. Through engaging, developmentally-appropriate activities, players will:

• Have Fun: Enthusiastic coaching makes every session enjoyable.

• Develop Motor Skills: Participate in fun-filled games and challenges that enhance coordination and agility.

 

This program nurtures not only basic soccer skills but also a lifelong love for the game, ensuring players develop confidence and a solid foundation to reach their potential.

 

Age Groups and Structure

• Micro-Mini’s (Ages 4–5):

  • Warm-Up & Skills: 20 minutes of technical and tactical basics.

  • Game Time: Four 8-minute quarters with 2-minute breaks, playing 4v4 (no goalies).

• Mini’s (Ages 6–7):

  • Warm-Up & Skills: 20 minutes focused on technical and tactical development.

  • Game Time: Two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break, playing 4v4 (no goalies).

• Premier (Ages 7–9):

  • Warm-Up & Skills: 25 minutes building advanced technical and tactical abilities.

  • Game Time: Two 25-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime break, playing 5v5 (including goalies).
